Haven't posted anything from the Tech Messiah recording sessions in awhile so we thought we would give you some of the newest stuff that we're working on. Here's a couple of brand spankin' new tracks that need a whole lot of work. They aren't complete songs yet so there will be a rather abrupt fadeout when they end but we wanted to give you something juicy and let you know that we are still hard at work on this album. Give them a listen and then tell us what you think.
EuphonicDissonanceUnfinishedTrack1
EuphonicDissonanceUnfinishedTrack2
The first track - love where that one is going. The second track - not so much so but it might grow on us. Please give us your opinion on these new songs. Thanks. Love you all.

BRAND NEW SONG - Stuttering Computer
* Brian talks about the newest Euphonic Dissonance song - Stuttering Computer *

CLICK HERE to hear STUTTERING COMPUTER
When I looked up my birth month and year on wikipedia I discovered two things that occurred that I found very interesting:
1. The UNIX Programmer's Manual was published.
2. Intel released the world's first microprocessor, the Intel 4004.
It has been said that I teethed on a computer. Now I realize just how true that statement was. The first microprocessor was built only a few days after I was born. I now feel I'm the one that might bring about SKYNET (an artificially intelligent system which became self-aware and revolted against its creators in the TERMINATOR movie series).
Actually, upon discovering these interesting date related facts I found myself even more driven to finish the TECH MESSIAH project. I was born to do this. While other musical groups are getting away from the computer I'm fully embracing it. Caressing it. Making love to it.
However, there are times when you just want all the technology in the world to just go away. Every device out there has it's subtle quirks that drive us all crazy.
"My new iPhone app isn't working!"
"You'll need to reboot the server."
"Have you tried turning it off and on again?"
"Why is my printout stuck in the queue?"
"PC Load Letter? What the f*ck does that mean?"
All this and much more inspired me to create the song Stuttering Computer.
The hook isn't finished but I'll be getting to that soon enough. I wanted to create an androgynous sounding computer voice for the verses and I think you'll find what I came up with to be very interesting.
Hope you like it. Leave sexy comments saying what you think of this new song.

INSIDE STUDIO - NEW SONG "MINISTRY OF HATE" NOW POSTED | HEAR IT HERE
Brian Copeland of Euphonic Dissonance gives a progress report on the recording of the TECH MESSIAH album.
Here is a brand new track for your listening pleasure. This one has already been compared to the vocal stylings of Marilyn Manson. I can hear that. I'm flattered. Did you know that Marilyn's real name is Brian?

CLICK HERE to hear MINISTRY OF HATE (rough draft with scratch vocal) by Euphonic Dissonance | sounds like Marilyn Manson
Once again we revisit a very Orwellian theme with this song. I suppose it should sit side-by-side with the 1984 track. However, there is more to the message of this song than just a reference to the writings of George Orwell.

There is a sense of loss of individuality. That which is not understood must be destroyed. It is a rant about the misuse of power by our government for all the wrong causes!!! That's what this song is about and if you haven't figured it out already - I have strong feelings about this subject matter.
That being said ..... this song has more in common with the BBC series "The Prisoner".

Here's the lyrics for you....

Clinically adjusted
Obedient and trusted
Hearts in mainline
Critically designed
I fashion you to be one of us
I pattern you to be one of us
Step back in line
Lock step in time
Identify now what you are
We know he’s observing
Our way of life he’s preserving
I fit you in to be one of us
I fix you to be part of us
Hook up – Jack in
Just a taste - Then you’ll feel embraced
We fashion you to be one of us
We pattern you to be one of us
Flashing lights captivate you
Find yourself passing through
Formation in time
Lock step in line
We know he’s monitoring
To him we cling
We fit you in to be one of us
We fix you to be one with us
Can’t you feel it slipping in
Piercing through your skin
We fashion you to be one of us
We pattern you to be part of us
How frail is the human eye
How small is our piece of pie
But that’s about to change
Nothing will ever be the same
We fashion you to be all of us
We pattern you to be one with us
Step back in line
Lock step in time
We look the same
We act the same
I force you till you’re one with us
I fix you to be all of us
Our heart’s receiving
In him believing
We know he’s observing
Our way of life preserving
I’ll kick your head in till you’re one with us
I’ll beat you down till you’re part of us
You belong here
Welcome to the Ministry of Hate
Our mission is quite clear
We are the Ministry of Hate
Those people there – they don’t look straight
Introduce them to the Ministry of Hate
We belong here
Hello from the Ministry of Hate
Our goal is crystal clear
We are the Ministry of Hate
Only safe thing to do is discriminate
Show them freaks the Ministry of Hate
YOUR’E TYPE WE DON’T TOLERATE !!!!!
As always ... we hope you enjoy the new song. Please leave us luscious comments.

INSIDE STUDIO - SOUNDGARDEN reunites, Alice in Wonderland and Euphonic Dissonance works on a new song
Yes....Brian here to update you on Euphonic Dissonance in the studio and give you progress on the recording of the TECH MESSIAH album but first.....
[caption id="attachment_495" align="alignnone" width="250" caption="Soundgarden is getting back together"]
[/caption]
Yes.... Soundgarden fans can rejoice. I heard that Chris Cornell announced this new years day that Soundgarden will be getting back together after 10 years apart. That's friggin' cool. I miss that band. I like Audioslave but it will be great to hear the old Soundgarden again. Gee, how I miss the 90's.

Enough living in the past. It's a new year. It's 2010 and I'm moving forward with the production of this album that we're working on. It's taking over my every thought. I find myself day dreaming of a post-apocalyptic world that is ruled over by a Tech Messiah (I love the way his initials are TM .... like trademark). I do most of this day dreaming while I'm in the bathroom taking a shower. That's a good time to daydream....don't you think.
Yes..... We do have a new track for you. There's a good likelyhood I've posted this before under a different name but this time round I'm calling it Snicker Snee. "Why Snicker Snee?" you ask. Well, I've been reading a couple of comic book series called RETURN TO WONDERLAND and BEYOND WONDERLAND (published by Zenescope Entertainment).

These comics are great and if you like the though of WONDERLAND being a nightmarish and murderous place then this is the comic for you. So, you see, Snicker Snee is a derivative of Snicker Snack which I'm sure you know was a word used in the JABBERWOCKY poem by Lewis Carroll. Carroll is also known for ALICE'S ADVENTURES IN WONDERLAND which these comics are based on. Just what the hell was Lewis smoking when he wrote this stuff. What a freak.
And now - on with the show. Here's the newest leak from deep within the walls of Aromatone Studios I give you the latest updated track from the recording of the TECH MESSIAH album.
CLICK HERE to hear SNICKER SNEE
Wow, what an exciting blog... and there's more to come. Sarah Star has a great track bubbling up in the background. Can't wait to hear the finished product.
I hope everyone is enjoying their new years day. Love you all and I wish everyone the best.

Alternative Radio In Tulsa Oklahoma Circa 1990 - 1995
I found this video online and just had to post it to our blog. If you were into the alternative music scene in the early 90's and you lived in Tulsa and you listened to the radio you probably heard this.
That was alternative radio in the early 90's before alternative became mainstream. God, I miss that radio station. That's Mother Theresa bringing you the newest in progressive and alternative music from the radio station KCMA The Edge Of Insanity EOI.
If you're wondering what Theresa is doing now....well.....she seems to run this website

Music - Here's what I think.........
I love it when people ask me what kind of music I like. You see....there isn't really a genre of music that I don't like. I'm not one of those people that says I love rap and r&b but I can't stand country. I'm open to all types of music in all genres. There are so many flavors of music that I want to try them all. I believe that I can learn something from anything I'm exposed to no matter how new or old. I hate it when people say that they don't like a certain type of music because it's too old or it's not the newest thing.
I cringe when I hear people say - "This new music don't make no damn sense to me. It's all noise. The singer don't make no sense. And what the hell is up with them rappers. They ain't even singing....they just saying the words. Hell, that ain't no music at all." I can't tell you how much this kind of statement makes my brain hurt. Why must people be so damn closed minded? I hate to be the one to break this to you but the music of your generation was not the best music ever made!!!!
Then there are the people that live under the ridiculous notion that listening to certain types of music can influence you to do all sorts of terrible things (kill other humans, do drugs, commit suicide, have unprotected sex with your sister, etc). If you do this sort of thing after listening to a particular album then you have serious self esteem issues. Don't blame the musician for your lack of frickin' judgement. Musicians can create works of fiction in the same way an author creates a book of fiction. If you choose to take it to heart and kill yourself over it that's your problem.
The human race is so narrow minded. We don't see much further back than the past decade. We consider music from the 80's as old or classic. This sort of focus makes me sad. Let's try to broaden our musical horizon. Look outside the box.
